I ran across this website today and wondered if anyone else knows anything about their stuff? Cheese vats are priced pretty reasonable.

Nice owner, good service, quick to respond.  I have only seen the square vat in use at a cheesemakers in Vermont.  They were happy with it.

Price seems pretty good on these vats. I might need to add another vat next year so these might be a good option.
