Hi, I just had a spoonful of vinegar cheese, and had a entirely novel taste experience. It inspired me to make a first post!
I've been reading the forum for a couple days now. I'm an enthusiastic chef who embraces regional food sources.
I am very interested in making cheese with recently acquired rennet. Yogurt is on my to-do list for tomorrow.
