Anyone have a recipe to make aged Chevre??

Yes, you make a chevre, form it, and let it age at 90-92% RH, 52 F temp. Do you need a chevre recipe?

Hi Rick--and welcome! "Chevre" seems to be a terminology that in America is used for soft goat cheese--not so in France. There are many goat milk cheeses that can be made for aging, including Tommes, Cheddar, etc. What is it exactly that you are trying to create? There certainly is much information on this site! Good luck!
