A couple of days past I worked with a young lady that said her mother in law made her own cheese. I was fascinated and started searching for directions.  Found this forum and thought it would be fun to join.

My goal is to make cheeses that will compliment my breads.

I am from Denver and enjoy baking bread.  Soon, I hope to enjoy making cheese as well.

Welcome John. Read lots then start straight away making some simple fresh (unaged) cheeses!
