Has anyone tried Fish tank heaters?
Could you get one that goes up to 100?

If you mean the glass immersion heaters, I'd strongly recommend no.  You'd have a very intense local source of heat, which would tend to denature or kill anything coming into contact, leaving a good part of the rest of your vat untouched; you'd have to obviously stir, and as the heaters are glass, well...

Were you talking of the immersion heater, or an inline heater?  Either way, I'd say not a good option at all, sorry.
