i would like to open a thread for new members   starting to make cheese , with good result with product from supermarket , like using yogurt for easys ways to do it.

You can use yogurt from supermarket and lots of other members are doing this. There is no need to open another thread. Just search the forums and you will see lots of other recommendations for store bought yogurt and buttermilk to use them as starter cultures.
