Hi,
I did 2 months ago some Taleggio style cheese.
This time I don't put any linens in washing brine to get that slightly pink rind.
I get last summer very good Taleggio in Veneto Italy and  that inspired to try it again 
That last picture is taken in hotel balcony, sorry for that pix quality.
But that cheese was just great, it goes gooey and taste was superb, and look at rind    it's very clean..

Another superb looking cheese Hande.  I must say, you're producing some wonderful soft cheeses.  Nicely done.  A cheese for all your work.

That does look wonderful.  That cheese is begging for a piece of crusty bread.

I'm happy with that one, before I use linens in wash brine and it goes too strong rind.
It's maybe not pretty rind, but good taste is there
