I am looking for a day-long cheese making class in France, preferably close enough to Paris for a day trip. 

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

What kind of cheese are you looking for?  Do you speak french? You would not be far from brie country.

Anything moldy would be great. I'll be grateful for any leads.

any luck finding the classes?
I'm asking because I'm looking for cheese making class as well - anywere in Europe: France, Holland, UK, Germany, Italy...
