I am looking for a recipe on this cheese harrogate blue which is made in my home town, to me it looks like a Shropshire blue but apart from that I have no idea, has anyone tried it or from the info below have any idea for a recipe. https://www.shepherdspurse.co.uk/index.php/our-cheeses/blue-cheeses/harrogate-blue.html

It probably is coloured like shropshire blue.

I've had cheese similar to that before and it's great !

That is along the lines of the one I was trying to replicate when I made this one , mine didn't get very blue , but only because I didn't pierce it very much , and of course , I didn't age it as long as I could have , was a little too anxious to try it. ;D

An interesting side note , I used to live in a town called Harrogate too , in Southeast  British Columbia.

Appears to be a re-labeled Shropshire or, Stilton with annatto added. :o
