Hi,
My name is Anita and I live in the hills behind Perth in Western Australia. I have just started exploring the exciting - and maybe a bit scary!! -  world of cheese making  .  I have been making yoghurt for a long time but decided to see if I could try something a bit more complicated so am now  following all the wise advise of starting with the easy soft cheeses and going from there.  I have had a lot of fun and am now up to mozzarella and feta. The best thing I have found about the CheeseForum is that if I have any problems or don't understand something someone has already asked about  it here - and someone else has kindly solved it,  providing a lot of great ideas, links and enthusiasm - certainly helps me keep going!   Thank you!!
